An Update for Our Guests & Community

Due to some unforeseen challenges, Hawthorne’s Hideout is temporarily pausing operations on some nights while we navigate a few quick structural hiccups. While unexpected, this bump in the road aligns with some exciting things happening behind the scenes, including plans for our upcoming expansion!

To our guests with upcoming OpenTable reservations: We are taking things one week at a time. If your reservation is or has been directly impacted and needs to be canceled, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. We know how much you were looking forward to joining us, and we are deeply grateful for your understanding. A refund will be issued via OpenTable.

We are actively working to resolve everything as quickly as possible and still hope to honor future August reservations as normal. For now, we have hit the pause button on September reservations. Please check back here or follow our social channels for real-time progress updates.

Our Reservation Policy

each TICKETED GUEST agrees to the following common sense rules. no exceptions!

Age Requirement:
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to enter Hawthorne’s Hideout. A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in. No exceptions.

Payment, Gratuity and Tax
Cash is not accepted inside of Hawthorne’s Hideout. We accept all major credit/debit cards. Gratuity is automatically added to your ticket purchase to support our incredible staff. Sales tax is applicable to all reservations and purchases.

Reservation Policy:
All reservations are for a set seating time as part of a unique dining and entertainment experience. Groups and small parties must be fully-present before entering the Hideout. Please arrive promptly; We suggest at least 15 minutes prior to your seating time. Late arrivals may miss part of the performance and may not be admitted. Refunds are not permitted for late arrivals or no-shows.

Seating Arrangements:
Hawthorne’s Hideout features non-traditional, immersive seating. Guests may be seated next to other parties. While we do our best to accommodate group requests, seating is open and available on a first come, first serve basis.

Food & Beverage Minimums:
Your reservation includes live entertainment up to two signature cocktails or beverages. Food purchases and additional cocktails are separate unless otherwise indicated in a special event package.

Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy
Reservations must be canceled directly through OpenTable at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Partial refunds for ‘no-show’ group/party members are not allowed. No-shows or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

Guest Conduct:
We maintain a respectful, engaging, and safe environment for all. Disruptive or intoxicated guests may be asked to leave without refund.

Photography & Filming:
Guests will be informed when photos and videos may be taken.

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions:
Please inform the host of any allergies or dietary needs upon arrival. While we do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Accessibility:
Please contact us in advance if you or a member of your party has accessibility needs so we can ensure the best possible experience. Hawthorne’s Hideout is accessible via elevator or stairs.
